Let's Simplify Your Canadian Immigration Journey
Westford Immigration Services is led by Md Ashiqur Rahman, RCIC (R708023), one of only six active CICC members in Bangladesh and a member of CAPIC. Our mission is to make the complex Canadian immigration process easier, and to give clients real, licensed advice instead of promises from unregulated agents.
We want every client to make immigration decisions based on facts, not fear. Don't be a victim of fraud: many firms only put a lawyer's or RCIC's name on their office, but never actually retain that person's service, and agents are not legally allowed to give you immigration advice. With Westford, you work directly with a regulated professional.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Q: Is an immigration agent the same as an RCIC?
No. Only a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), an immigration lawyer, or a Quebec notary is legally authorized to give immigration advice and represent you before IRCC. Agents are not permitted to do so.
-
Q: How do I know if I actually qualify for a program?
The right program depends on your education, work experience, language ability and personal circumstances. A proper consultation is the best way to find out which of the 100+ programs suits you.
-
Q: What should I do if my application was refused?
A refusal is not always final. Depending on the reason, you may be able to appeal, request reconsideration, or reapply with a stronger application. Get proper advice before your next step.
-
Q: How can I check my CLB score?
You can estimate your Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) score from your IELTS, CELPIP or TEF results using our free CLB Calculator.
